Return policy
Rentals are due back on the last day of your booked window. We pick up on schedule — just have items bagged and ready. Damaged or missing pieces are billed at replacement cost; normal wear is expected and covered.
Frequently asked questions
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead for weekends, and 3–4 weeks ahead for balloon installations or entertainer bookings. Weekday rentals can often be booked with less notice.
Daily, weekly, and monthly rentals are available on every rental product page. Daily is most common for single-day birthday parties; weekly and monthly suit longer events or venues.
Both are available. Choose home delivery or local pickup when you submit your booking request, and we'll confirm a delivery or pickup window based on your event date.
Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. Significant damage or missing pieces are billed at replacement cost, which we'll always discuss with you before charging anything.
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items (like name banners) are final sale.
Both options are available at checkout — local pickup in Glendale, or delivery across the greater Los Angeles area.
Yes — many customers rent the big statement pieces (like a balloon arch) and purchase the smaller keepsakes (like candles or favors) in the same booking.
Absolutely — face painting, balloon twisting, and our entertainer package can all be added to any rental booking. Just mention it in the "what would you like to rent" field.
